Yes, our high density polystyrene is Agrément Board certified for use.

The polystyrene is classified as B/B1/2/H&V in terms of SANS 428.

When exposed to fire, the polystyrene shrinks away from the heat source. There are no flaming droplets, and no flame spread.

The cornices can be used in a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C.

Yes, a water based paint or stain should be used.

The cornices should be cut using a fine tooth panel saw or a hacksaw.

Use 50ml per meter on smaller profiles and 100ml per meter on larger profiles.

*Double the amount of adhesive needed for uneven surfaces.

Apply the adhesive to the top and bottom of the cornice.

Hold firmly in position.

Wipe away excess adhesive with a damp cloth or sponge.

Dilute the adhesive with water to a paint texture.

Apply the diluted adhesive with a brush.

Not ensuring a clean, dust and grease free surface before applying the adhesive.
